Sacred Fire Circle: Alchemizing Grief and Rage into a Collective Vision for New Earth

We have all been feeling A LOT when it comes to what is going on in the world right now.

And we know, 'as within so without' - meaning...

There may also be things going on in your life or shadows parts of yourself coming up inside of you because you are a mirror to what is happening out there.

Many of us, myself included, are craving a safe and welcoming space to feel, express, and be witnessed in our emotions.

You know how you scroll on your phone or watch the news just trying to find something or someone to make this world and what is happening make sense?

We are often looking for someone or something to help process what is happening and for someone to say "Its all going to be ok!"

It's hard to know who you can talk to about your fears and grief about the world.

You don't want to be a burden on anyone.

You may not want to get stuck in the downward spiral and not know how to get out.

The activism spaces are amazing but it can often feel like it's all about 'doing' and not much about processing together where we are in this collective moment.

Talking with friends or family can feel risky, hallow, or like they "just don't get it!"

If you have been craving a space to be in community with other like-hearted women and feel seen and held in your emotions around the state of the world...I have created that space just for you.

Sacred Fire Circle 🔥

Sacred Fire Circle is an alchemy circle - meaning we feel the full breadth and depth of our emotions and then alchemize or turn it into joy, pleasure, and love.

We then collectively hold this frequency of joy, pleasure, and love and envision the world we want to create.

You don't have to hold it alone anymore.

This is a space to feel what needs to be felt, release what's ready to leave, and remember the power we hold when we gather in circle - in community.

This circle is for women and open-hearted souls ready to transmute what's heavy into fuel for co-creating the world we know is possible.

Why This Matters

Gathering in a circle is one of the most ancient and powerful ways humans have gathered together.

The power it holds cannot be expressed in words because it is felt with the body.

When women come together with the intention to hold each other, alchemize our emotions into joy and pleasure, and hold the frequency for the world we want to see and feel - this ripples out to the collective.

I am here to find my tribe - the tribe of people who are ready to step into their full sovereignty and help the world become what we all know and hope is possible.

I want to live in a world where love and peace are at the center.

Where humans decide that war is no longer something we are willing to do to each other or the planet.

Where women, children, and families are valued and centered in how we structure and create our society.

Where everyone has their basic needs taken care of no matter what!

Where air, food, water, and shelter are rights not privileges and are given freely and abundantly to all.

Where food, water, and air are stewarded and devoted to as precious resources we depend on and are protected from polution, chemicals, and greed at all costs.

Where humans get to THRIVE not just SURVIVE!

Where rest is praised and creativity is the measure of success.

This is the world we could live in and using our collective power to hold this frequency of love and light CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!

Creating a new world is also personal for me.

I am a mother of a 4 year old son and I am determined to create the world he deserves to live in.

I want to create the world WE ALL DESERVE TO LIVE IN!

The Journey We Will Take

• Witness the Grief — We gather in sacred circle to first ground ourselves and then name, hold, and burn what we've been carrying. Your grief is seen. Your pain is valid. You are not alone.
• Release the Rage — Through primal sound, cathartic movement, and sacred expression, we liberate what's been trapped in our bodies. We scream. We cry. We move. We let the fire burn through.
• Alchemize into Joy — We shift the frequency through dance, song, and embodied celebration. We remember what it feels like to be ALIVE, not just surviving.
• Vision the New Earth — Together, we dream. We hold the frequency of the world we're co-creating. We become beacons of love, light, and possibility.
• Close the Container — We process the journey, integrate, and leave as carriers of the new frequency of love and light into the our lives.

But WAIT...

I know you may be thinking, how can I possibly cry or scream in front of other people??

How can I be vulnerable when I don't know these people and they don't know me?

I hear you and we are here to be in the mess together.

As women, we are not often given space or safety in life to feel anger or rage.

We are often told to hold our emotions inside so we can be there for others.

This space is about being brave and allowing yourself to surrender to the emotions that are needing to be witnessed and trust in me and the rest of the group to hold you in the way you need to be held.

Everyone at this event will be a little nervous, including me!

It's hard to be vulnerable in front of others and show who you truly are.

This is not a space for perfection or skill.

You do not need to do this perfectly and you have full control over what you are comfortable participating in.

We are all in this together to experience the magic of coming together and seeing what we can all co-create when we just LET GO!

I am here to hold the space and to tend to anyone that needs extra support.

You will be held and guided in a safe container and I am calling in the people that are ready to step into a space where being real is the measure of success.

There is no judgement.
